Legal grounds (KVKK Art. 5)

Your rights (KVKK Art. 11)

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you may:

• learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used accordingly;
• request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, or deletion of your data;
• object to a result that arises solely from automated analysis; and
• claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
